The Social Change Model values community, in fact, it is one of the three levels on which the Model operates. Therefore, sharing and collaboration amongst users of the Model is paramount to achieving the goal of positive social change. Please use this space as a forum to share resources, ask questions, post photos of the Model in action, and create groups to continue to advance leadership for social change!
